How to use PayPal
We happily accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is secure and easy. When you're ready to checkout, simply click on the "Checkout with PayPal" button At this point you will be asked to log-in to your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account simply click on the "Don't have a PayPal account?" link on the lower right half of the page. You will then be directed to a secure server to complete the required information same as you would for any online credit card purchase. Please double check that you have typed accurate information *You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to make payments via PayPal. Simply use your MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or Debit Card As with any online credit card transaction you will be asked to provide pertinent contact information such as your name, address, phone number and credit card information. Return Policy
Candles
Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your transaction. If you are not sure of a scent, please purchase a smaller size before committing to a large order *REFUNDS NOT AVAILABLE IF YOU DECIDE YOU DO NOT LIKE THE CANDLE SCENT OR STYLE YOU CHOSE*
If your candle is defective due to a manufacturing issue, you must send a detailed email notification within 48 hrs of receipt. (emails are checked daily). Email must include your name as it appears on the invoice, phone and customer/invoice number which can be found on your invoice as well as the name of the defective item and a detailed description of the defect. You should receive a response within 24-48 hrs which will include a Return Authorization Number. Once the Return Authorization Number has been received, please do not delay in returning your item. The Post Marked date on the package must be within 5 business days from date of the emailed Authorization number. Please return in original box with original packaging material to assure no damage occurs in transit. Please provide insurance as Inspired Creations will not be held liable for damage incurred during return transit. Returned item will be inspected and you will be reimbursed (less shipping & handling cost). Policy does not apply to candles that have been burned unless this is part of the defect. All canceled or returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking and transaction fee
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Bath & Body
Due to health and safety reasons, we are not able to accept returns on used Bath & Body products. Please follow all storage and handling recommendations.
1) All Bath & Body items are sealed for safety during manufacturing
2) All Bath & Body items are made to order to assure freshness
3) Always store in cool dry place away from direct heat
4) Shea & Mango Butter Body Whip is only available during the cooler months due to its low melting point
5) Make sure hands are clean and dry prior to scooping product out of jar or you may use a cosmetic scoop or spatula to decrease the introduction of bacteria
IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ....
1) Due to health and safety reasons, used Bath & Body products are NOT returnable. Please follow all storage and handling recommendations.
2) We will not be held liable for damage caused by unsafe candle burning and/or storing practices. Please read through candle burning tips prior to burning your candle
3) All items are handmade which means no two items will ever be exactly alike. No exchanges or refunds will be honored for items that differ because of this reason.
4) There are no returns on custom candle orders, including wedding/baby shower candles, unless defective or damaged during delivery
5) Defective shower favors are only returnable by purchaser, no guest returns allowed
6) No exchanges or returns will be honored if the above email procedures are not followed. All items are insured when shipped so in order to file a claim on damaged items certain steps must be followed.
7) Customer is responsible for insuring all returned items. (we recommend UPS or FedEx)
8) All items must be returned in original box using original packing and must include copy of inventory list or packing slip. If any item(s) is damaged during shipping in transit back to us due to improper packaging, refund will be forfeited. Only items not damaged will be refunded.
9) All canceled or returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking and transaction fee
10) Your purchase from Inspired Creations HandMade Candles and Bath & Body Products signifies that you accept and agree to the aforementioned policies. We reserve the right to change, adjust and/or modify the above mentioned policies and information as we see fit with or without notice
